Boomerang
is a 83ft Yacht
Raced
under the name Ondine VII, Boomerang
achieved great success including
1st place in the World Maxi Series
Race, plus races in the USA, Japan
and New Zealand. Up untill late
2001 Boomerang was still competing
in tough Ocean Races such as the
Auckland to Suva Race.
Designed by German Frers and built
in Italy. Boomerang is a sloop design,
83ft in length and 20ft wide, built
of high tech Carbon Fibre with a
mast extending 110ft above the deck.
In November 2001,
Boomerang had a new interior fitted
specifically for the Whitsunday
Sailing Tours. One of the many features
includes headroom higher than 6ft,
dining tables, 3 toliets and showers.
