Train was designed by German Frers
and constructed out of aluminium
in Perth, WA. The design specifications
produced a world beating yacht with
an illustrious racing career. Freight
Train won and was placed in many
races including the Kenwood Cup
in Hawaii and the world famous Sydney
to Hobart Yacht Race.
Freight Train is now retired from
ocean racing, but you can still
go for the ride of your life as
you take control, ride the rails
and trim the sails as you sail from
one unbelievably gorgeous destination
to another throughout the World
Heritage Listed Whitsunday Islands.
Freight Train also offers guests
the chance to explore the underwater
world of the Whitsunday’s
with a Scuba Dive (at additional cost).
Our professional
instructor will take you to secluded
coves teeming with colourful corals
and inquisitive tropical fish. You
won’t be disappointed!
