Today it is popular with yachts, trailer sailers, cruise ships and campers alike. Anchorage No1 - Sawmill bay and the depth is 3-6m. Anchorage No2 - Sawmill beach and the depth is 5-8m. Approach cautiously and be aware of the state of the tide as the beach slope is fairly gradual. Anchorage No3 - Dugong Inlet and the depth is 1.5-3m. Approach is from Cid Harbour. Stay about 150m off the port shore and keep a lookout. Anchorage No4 - Homestead Bay and the depth is 2-4m. This bay is small and good for a lunch stopover.
