Southern
Cross is a 68ft Yacht
Southern Cross was built by Perth
entrepreneur Alan Bond to challenge
for the America's Cup and was designed
by Australia’s famous yacht
designer, Ben Lexcen.
To earn the right to race for the
cup, Southern Cross defeated syndicates
from France, Sweden and England.
Southern Cross's conversion to a
comfortable charter yacht took two
years and in 1999, another refit
further improved guest accommodation
and the yachts awesome sailing performance.
Each day aboard, Southern Cross
will offer a new and exciting experience.
Whether you're helping the crew
sailing, snorkelling coral reefs
with colourful fish, visiting beautiful
beaches such as Whitehaven or just
chilling out on the deck, Southern
